Skyworks AS169 2W SPDT T/R RF Switch, 300kHz to 2.5GHz. These are ideal for switching low RF power up to 2 Watts including antenna changeover relays.
Specifications: Insertion loss 0.3dB, P1dB +34dBm, IP3 +50dBm @ 900MHz.
Package is a small SOT-26 plastic package. Please refer to the AS169-73 Data Sheet for more information. This product can be used in most applications that use the HMC544 SPDT switch.
