BF904 N channel Dual Gate MosFET, ideal for low voltage IF AGC amplifier, NF 2dB @ 800MHz SOT-143. The BF904 is designed for use in low volatge VHF and UHF amplifiers, and provides up to 50dB gain reduction when used with an AGC voltage on the Gate 2 connection. These have been designed to have low cross modulation when the gain is reduced by AGC, and should be ideal for use to construct a high performance HF to VHF IF amplifier.
