SP5055 PLL Control Board

The EME161B SP5055 PLL control Kit uses a PIC 16F648A micro-controller and was designed for use with the EME231 SP5055 PLL Kit. The EME161B control Kit can also be used with other products that use the SP5055 and TSA5055 PLL IC's. The Kit adds functionality to the basic EME231 PLL Kit adding a EC12E rotary encoder for tuning control, memory channels, separate TX/RX VFO's, display and frequency offset, and band switching. The rotary encoder along with 2 x optional switches and LCD display are used to set all functions including menu settings.

EME161B KIT is the basic kit that includes the PC board, all on board components, Headers, and Pre-programmed with Synth_21 Ver 2.10software. Requires Construction.

EME161B PCB Includes Only the PC board and Kit construction notes. No on board components are included.

Kits Do Not include any miscellaneous hardware or enclosure. For complete operation these products require a 16x2 LCD, 2x push button momentary switches, and a tuning knob to suit a 6mm diameter shaft encoder which are available as options.
