USB A to RS232 TTL UART serial adapter module using a Prolific PL2303HX USB converter chip.  Ideal for programming the Mini-Kits EME193-PLL Module and many other projects that have an RS232 but no on board USB for programming. Uses a Prolific PL2303 chip that is fully supported by most computer operating systems except Windows 10.
