Mitsubishi RA80H1415M1 80 Watt RF MosFET amplifier module for 12.5 vdc mobile Radios that operate in the 136 to 174MHz bands. The RA80H1415M1 modules have a metal shield for lower spurious radiation, and a flat rear mounting flange.
These modules are suitable for both non linear FM and Linear SSB type modes by adjusting the bias voltage.
