PHA-1 Driver Amp +21dBm 0.07-5GHz

The PHA-1 amplifier is a simple wideband design which is suitable as a driver amplifier for complex RF waveforms, or as a low noise high dynamic range gain block in a receiver. A PHA-1 MMIC, ( Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit ) is used, and has a high OpIP3, and produces up to +22dBm output from 70MHz to 3GHz. Please refer to the PHA-1+ Data Sheet for further information. A 78M05 regulator is mounted under the board for +7 to 15vdc operation.

PHA-1 KIT is a Basic Kit that includes the PC board, Instructions, and all on board components. Requires complete construction.

PHA-1 PCB Only includes the PC board and Kit construction notes.

Basic Kits Do Not include connectors, miscellaneous hardware, or enclosure. The 2.1mm DC cable is optional and not supplied with Products. Ideal for beginner to average constructor.
