Mitsubishi RA30H2127M 30 Watt RF MosFET amplifier module for 12.5 vdc mobile Radios that operate in the 210 to 270MHz bands. The RA30H2127M modules have a plastic cover, and a stepped rear mounting flange, and are ideal for the 220MHz band.
These modules are suitable for both non linear FM and Linear SSB type modes by adjusting the bias voltage.
