Mitsubishi RA30H4552M1 30 Watt RF MosFET amplifier module for 12.5 vdc mobile Radios that operate in the 450 to 520MHz bands. The RA30H4554M1 modules have a metal shield for lower spurious radiation, and a flat rear mounting flange, and can be used as a replacement for the RA30H4452M plastic package. These modules are suitable for both non linear FM and Linear SSB type modes by adjusting the bias voltage. Ideal replacement for the Icom IC-400PRO Radio.
