MAX2608EUT 300 to 500MHz Voltage Controlled Oscillator, suitable as an IF conversion oscillator.  Designed for portable battery operation in a small SOT23-6 package.  The internal oscillator uses a varicap diode which requires an external inductor to set the oscillator frequency.
