The PLL_TX12 software description can be found on the Here on the FM ATV Webpage The Software is not 100% stable and may lockup permanently if the programming button is continually pressed.
Standard Channels for a SP5055 are CH1 1250MHz, CH2 1283MHz, CH3 1207.5MHz, CH4 1219.5MHz
