For the fastest service, orders should be made through the shopping cart on this website. It is recommended that customers create an account to make it easier to login and check the process of their order.

For security reasons, Internet Browsers will automatically delete products in the shopping cart after 1 hour.  To avoid this, log into your account before adding products to your cart until you are ready to place the order.

Orders made by email have to be done manually, and costs us extra time to process orders.

We are unable to do orders over the Telephone, as we cannot directly process Credit or Debit cards.

Most Issues can be resolved by creating a customer account and entering the complete required information.

No Shipping Options available ( Australia ) Normally indicates that you have not entered a Post code.

No Shipping Options available ( All Countries ) A product is out of stock or not available in the quantity, does not ship to your country, the total weight is excessive.

Cannot get Paypal to process the Payment. Paypal may have issues try at a later time.  In recent times Paypal has changed its API and wont allow a high number of similar items in the shopping cart, e.g. every value resistor to be processed. These orders unfortunately have to be manually processed. Email a screen shot of the shopping cart for us to process and email you a Paypal payment request.

Please allow up to 12 hours to process your order upon placement (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, over the weekend, or on public holidays, will not be processed until the next business day. When your Order changes to Processing, this means that your order is in the cue to be Processed at a later time.  The length of the cue depends on the current backlog of orders, and the time required to fulfill an order especially if it requires kitting which is labor intensive.

For the fastest processing and delivery, use Paypal and Express post in the checkout.

Orders for built products can take up to 2 weeks to manufacture before they are shipped.

This website accepts payments using Paypal, Credit Cards through Paypal, and Direct Bank Deposit (Select in the Checkout).  You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit card through Paypal.

When using Paypal or Credit Cards, the checkout adds a fee to cover the fees and transaction charges that are charged to us by Paypal. There are no fees charged when using Direct Bank Deposit.

We are unable to do orders over the Telephone, as we cannot directly process Credit Cards.  We also no longer accept Cheques, Money orders, Telegraphic Transfers, or COD.

We ship all orders via Australia Post. Currently orders are posted on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons.

Couriers Please

1 - 2 business days for Adelaide metro only.  Regional and rural areas Not Available. Couriers Please only pickup in the mornings before 10AM, so orders need to arrive preferably the day before. Generally a pickup in the morning will be delivered in the afternoon.

We ship all orders via Australia Post Standard or Express ( EMS ). Before purchasing, Please refer to the Australia Post website for the latest information on International shipping to your country.

We Do Not ship to all countries or regions of the world.

Duties & Taxes

All international parcels are subject to duties and taxes payable in your country on arrival. Please check your local customs or Postal website for more information.

UK / Ireland

As of January the 1st 2021, there are now changes to the Tax system in the UK with regards to low value imports less than £135 pounds ($260 AUD). This means that we can only export goods to the UK that are above this value to be able to pass through the Royal Mail system. If you intend to buy goods above this value, then you will have to check the Royal Mail website for any Taxes that you will have to pay when buying goods from us. As of July 2021 the full value of the goods will be stated on the paper work shipped with the goods. For UK business you only have to provide your EORI number so that Taxes etc are then not payable on entry to the UK. The checkout will not show any shipping options for goods under $260 AUD to the UK.

EU Countries

On 1 July 2021, the EU will be removing the low-value VAT threshold for eCommerce items. This means all EU-bound eCommerce items will be subject to VAT from 1 July 2021. All items from €0-150 will have VAT, formal clearance and customs clearance fees applied. There is no change for items above the €150 threshold – international customers must still pay VAT and customs duties upon import to the EU. This means that you will have to check the postal website in your country for the Taxes that you have to pay when buying goods from us. As of July 2021 the full value of the goods will be stated on the paper work shipped with the goods.

We are unable to make any changes or cancel an order once it has been processed through Australia Post for shipping. If you make a mistake or need to add to your order, please email immediately to ask if it can be changed. In most cases orders are processed quickly and cannot be easily changed, and costs us extra time to re package and process orders. If you are wanting to add products to an order, then please email first as we can then send a Paypal payment request for the extra amount to be paid.  Please do not create new orders as it costs us more time to do refunds and accounting for postal costs.
