Mitsubishi RA30H3847M1 30 Watt RF MosFET amplifier module for 12.5 vdc mobile Radios that operate in the 378 to 470MHz bands. The RA30H3847M1 modules have a metal shield for lower spurious radiation, and a flat rear mounting flange, and can be used as a replacement for the RA30H4047M / M1 packages. These modules are suitable for both non linear FM and Linear SSB type modes by adjusting the bias voltage.
