Mitsubishi RA30H0608M1 30 Watt RF MosFET amplifier module for 12.5 vdc mobile Radios that operate in the 66 to 88MHz bands. This module works fine on the 50 to 54MHz band. The RA30H0608M1 modules have a metal cover, and a flat rear mounting flange. These modules are suitable for both non linear FM and Linear SSB type modes by adjusting the bias voltage.
