The EME250 PC board and Kit was released in November 2022 and is designed to fit either a BAP64Q, or BAP70Q PIN Diode attenuator.  The board could also be used with other PIN diodes including leaded types for testing designs.

The module is ideal for various applications including variable AGC attenuator, and RF driver level control.  The design has high linearity and is suitable for 0.5 to 1000MHz variable attenuator applications. Due to the PC board there is increased leakage with increasing frequency and higher attenuation >50dB as seen in the test plots below. BUY THIS PRODUCT
